                   Vine Street Bakery Opens Downtown
                   Walk Starts (at the Lake!)
9:00 am    Art Festival, Farmer's Market, and Shop the Block Begins plus
                   Quilts will be on display at Sim's Jewelry
10:00 am  Continuous Music Begins
11:00 am  Wine and Beer Gardens Open on Vine and Rollins
                   Frost Stop Soda Shop Opens at the Royal Theatre
1:00 pm    50's & 60's Pageant for Kids - Royal Theatre
                   Pageant winners will be announced immediately following
                   Music, Art Festival, Shop the Block, Food Vendors- All Day
5:30 pm    Drawing for Shop the Block Winner
8:00 pm    Festival Closes
